Should I buy this USB Audio Sound Card Adapter?

I have a Laptop (Inspiron 1525) and to connect speakers to it I have to plug them into the headphone ports in the front, which is inconvenient, so I want to get a USB Audio Sound Card Adapter so that I can just plug the speakers into the back of the computer.
