How do you delete your computers history?

I need a short and easy way to delete my computers history. My dad doesn't like me on facebook or myspace, so I need to delete the history. Any suggestion?

go tools delete history and delete all
but history is always stored on the disc inside the computer but i don'tt think anyone will check thereHopee i helped
