Double major Secondary/Elementary or with History?

Asking this question because it's been on my friend's mind lately and I've been trying to help her out. She knows for sure that she wants an English major with a Secondary teaching license and a minor in Japanese. She plans to go overseas and teach English
It is a lot smarter for her to pick one now and go with that.
