I have an HP laptop, and my battery is no longer holding a charge. The battery health check says I should replace my battery, but it's SO expensive. Can batteries be fixed/repaired? Or do I just have to suck it up and buy a new one?
Nope batteries hold energy by chemical reactions that take place inside them thus giving off the electrical energy, once the chemicals inside have worn out if you will they cannot be replaced ot repaired. You will have to get a new battery im afraid
