what would you like to receive like service for a Computer support servcie?

We are planning to open that service but I would like to know what does potential "users" think they need. What do they like in a computer support service, what they would not like, etc.

NEVER to be put on hold

choice of listening music (if put on hold)
call back feature (if you are experiencing high calls you call the customer back)
NEVER put a Customer on hold when you started talking to them
