Rather what are the Recommended/Required Certifications/Degree(s) should i have to open a computer repair shop in the next 3-5 years?

Actually, you don't need any! As long as you have enough money to make your store look decent, have at least one tech, one sales person and one front desk/receiving person, have decent uniforms and good lighting and lots of stock and a good ad campaign,
