Systems Administrator/Network Computer Management?

Would like to know if there is any difference in these two job descriptions, or what the specific difference is? Looking to return to school and they offer both of these as an associate degree. Which would be a better choice career wise? Would a company
Depending on the size of the company a sysadmin and a network "manager" (just another way of saying admin) are the same thing.
