Are these video cards compatible with my computer? please help?

ok i have a dell optiplex gx240 series comp. and i was wondering will any of these video cards work with my computer.
1.CHAINTECH SA5200-256 GeForce FX 5200 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card
2. EVGA 256-A8-N542-T2 GeForce 7600GS
any of those cards will work, but you have to upgrade the stock 250w power supply that comes in the system,,
read this, it look like itll take standard power supply
