I need to uninstall and reinstall the driver on my computer that corresponds to the CD-Rom b/c it its not recognizing or playing any type of discs, mind you I have no back up CD’s for my old computer, will I still be able to reinstall the Dell Driver
This issue is most likely not due to driver issue. Check that all cables are plugged into the drive correctly. Many times when a CD /DVD drive won't recognize disks...the drive is bad and needs to be replaced....that has been my experience
