how can i find out the make and model of my pc sound card?

the pc is a philips iqon , iv just upgraded the os from xp to vista but the drivers for the sound card seem to have been wiped off, when i open device manager it has no info on the make or model of the sound card ,i do not have a recovery disc or driver

When the Diagnostic Panel comes up, click on Sound.
It will give you all the information on your sound card. Then all you have got to do is go to the manufacturers site and download
