Where is the ATI Radeon 7000 video card driver in my PC?

I need to uninstall this driver so that I can install a new video card, but I can not find it at all. I have checked the add/remove programs in the control panel, but I do not see it there. I tried searching the pc for ati radeon driver but I do not see

start
right click my computer
manage
device manager
display adapters
right click radeon 7000
uninstall
