Monitor Problem - Warranty stuff?

Ok so I have AOC F22 monitor, and, it's blinking sometimes (happening since I bought it), it has a weird stain on it (it came when I was sweeping it), the part where the menu button is is separated (I don't know how this happened) and it has some sort

I don't know what you're doing when you're "sweeping" it, normally you should only clean the monitor occasionally when it is obviously dirty by wiping it off with a soft cloth (microfiber is usually best), but you normally don't need to do that
