I own a Dell Inspiron E1505 with 512 MB of RAM and I want to max it out to 2 GB, but I don't know if it would be better to get 2 sticks of 1 GB RAM or 1 stick of 2 GB RAM. Does it make a difference? Thanks in advance.
I am not sure about what your laptop supports, but 2 1GB sticks is always better than 1 2GB, and it will perform almost twice as fast.
